Why We Do What We Do
Debra Kelly has been studying and teaching traditional yoga for twenty years, and has over 6,500 hours of on-the-mat teaching experience. She enjoys meeting her students where they are in their practices and specializes in individualizing the postures and practice to accommodate each unique body. Debra teaches from a heart-centered place that is both accesible and approachable. She views herself as that of an educator in the simple, healthful and natural tools provided by the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, and the power of healthful food and mindful living to create a life of balance and a sense of well-being.

Frost has been practicing yoga for over two decades. He has had the honor to train all over the planet with some of the most respected teachers in yoga. Frost has taught thousands of hours of yoga classes, but continues to try to take more classes and trainings than he teaches. Recently returning from more training in India, he only wishes to pass on what he has learned to as many people as possible.
